Hanging Upholstered Headboard Convertible for Twin or King-Size Bed
2 twin beds pressed together equates to a king-size bed (” incredibly king” by UK requirements). With that basic formula in mind, Harriet Churchward and Matt Pescod of The Quist– see The King of Treehouse Hotels in the UK— developed a creative headboard that enables them to use visitors a welcoming bed room with either 2 twins or a king-size bed.
The trick to the style? A set of upholstered headboards are suspended on a wood hanging pole, and can, like the bed mattress, either be pressed together or apart. Have a look.
Above: The hanging headboard concept was presented in a state of mind board developed by Sophie Rowell of Côte de Folk, who spoke with on the style of The Quist’s other bed room, the top-floor Camping tent Space (see it here). “We entered a various instructions because space,” states Harriet, “however I discovered this to be a fantastic service for a bed that required to be convertible from twin to incredibly king.”
