IIT Madras to deal with Industries on R&D and establishing testing/validation requirements in Green Hydrogen

The Indian Institute of Innovation Madras (IIT Madras) and IITM Research study Park will be dealing with markets and research study institutes on commercial R&D requirements, ability advancement, producing incubators, testing/validation requirements and policy advocacy in the Green Hydrogen sector.

This becomes part of the ‘Hydrogen Valley Development Cluster in Tamil Nadu’ (HVIC-TN) effort, which consists of almost 30 business operating in the hydrogen sector, the IIT Madras Research Study Park, Assistance Tamil Nadu, Tamil Nadu Industrial Advancement Corporation and a couple of consulates.

An essential result gotten out of this effort is to make HVIC-TN the center of commercial R&D requirements to bring green hydrogen at an affordable cost and scale. This effort is anticipated to contribute considerably towards the National Green Hydrogen Objective, states a release.

The HVIC-TN will deal with the requirements of green hydrogen aspirations of the State and the nation by offering technological services, assistance on R&D, ability advancement, facilities structure, techno-economic expediency, and policy/regulatory suggestions.

IIT Madras will cover the whole worth chain of hydrogen beginning with generation, storage, and transport to utilisation. CXO-level representation from over half the market partners participated in the conference on the school.
