After Trump’s 2020 Claims, Kilpatrick Group Effectively Kept State From Taking control of County’s Elections

Kilpatrick Townsend & & Stockton encouraged Fulton County elections authorities for almost 2 years prior to a choice today that it might prevent a state takeover of its elections system associated to previous President Donald Trump’s claims of citizen scams in the 2020 race.

A four-lawyer Kilpatrick Townsend group, led by experienced lawsuits partner Michael Tyler, represented the Fulton County Board of Elections on the case, which ended Tuesday, June 20, with the Georgia State Election Board voting to end an efficiency evaluation of the county’s elections system.
