There’s much to appreciate about Raf’s, the brand-new downtown New York City Italian dining space and bakeshop. Inhabiting a store in a century-old structure on Elizabeth Street, Post Business’s style, in their words, “commemorates the tradition of the European haunt” by telegraphing an unwinded magnificence.
Amongst the numerous information to value: the zinc bar, vintage candlesticks transformed into lights, and making use of crisp double table linens for, as Post Business puts it, “a healthy dosage of procedure.” The latter is an appearance that’s simple to reproduce in the house, so we chose to learn more.
